40kw刮板输送机的矿用永磁耦合器设计

Design of Permanent Magnet Coupler in Coal Mines Used on 40KW Scraper Conveyor

摘要:

根据40KW刮板输送机的原始参数,结合煤矿安全要求和标准,进行矿用永磁耦合器的设计。结构类型采用标准型,计算并确定输出转矩的范围,永磁材料选取钕铁硼N45SH,结合现场实验数据制定样机结构参数,完成整体的设计计算,讨论过载保护方案及传动轴的校核过程。

Abstract:

According to the original parameters of 40KW scraper conveyor and mine safety requirements and standards, permanent magnet coupler in coal mines is designed. The type of structure is standard type. The range of output torque is calculated with the design requirements. The material of permanent magnet selectes NdFeB N45SH. Combined with experimental data, the structural parameters of prototype and the overall design calculations are completed and finished. This paper also discusses the program of overload protection and the checking process of transmission shaft.
